In the anime, Psyduck is the funniest in my opinion. He of course belongs to Misty. She catches him/her/it when Psyduck bumps into Misty's pokeball. Misty's opinion of psyduck changed when it defeated team rocket in Fuschia city gym, where it gets hit on the head with a golf club, and uses psychic powers. Psyduck somehow uses water gun which is odd. Psyduck is not stupid, he is just misunderstood. One of the funniest moments in the pokemon movie is psyduck vs psyduck!
